Everything is researched. Everything is pinpoint accurate. What CSI does is proven scientifically, and any training that isn’t, can be a waste of time and potentially injure an athlete. The workouts accommodate improvements specific to the athlete’s position, sport or event. There are some programs that just put you through any workout to get you tire. But here its specific to your individual purpose. Mine was speed! With CSI guiding me, I was able to break the Rio Grande Valley Record in the 100m (11.97 FAT) and Long Jump (19’8″) and sign a full Division 1 Track ScholarshipCierra Pena
CSI prepares you as much mentally as it does physically. I feel like I am at my peak when having my training camp here before big fights. I train muscles I have never worked before and love the fact that it is boxing movement specific.
